Q. I need different size panties to bras. Do you sell them separately?
A. Yes, we at Highly Seductive understand that women come in all shapes and sizes and so most of our products are sold separately.
Q. I really like a product but can't find it in my size, can you help?
A. Should you find a product that you really like but are unable to find it in your size, please email us at info@highlyseductive.com.au and we will try to order it in for you.

A. You will need to enter your unique coupon number at the checkout process and the system will automatically deduct the Gift Certificate amount off your purchase.
Q. What method of payment do you accept?
A. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, CHEQUE, MONEY ORDER and DIRECT DEPOSIT. Please make cheques payable to HS Fasion Co. and send to PO BOX 2181, Normanhurst NSW 2076. Please note that orders will be dispatched upon clearance of cheques by the bank.

Q. The items I purchased do not fit, can I exchange them or get a refund?
A. Yes, we do accept exchange or offer refund providing that the garments have not been worn and all tags are still attached. To avoid soiling the garments we recommend that you try them on over your own underwear. For further information please refer to our Returns Policy.

A. Your order will be shipped via Registered Post within 1-2 business days.

A. Yes, all our orders are sent in plain packaging and do not contain any reference or description of the content.
