At HighlySeductive.com.au we understand that sometimes the items you ordered will not fit or they are not what you expected. Therefore we offer 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with your product, we will exchange them for you or give you a refund, provided that the items are returned to us in its original packaging, unworn with all labels intact.

Please ensure that briefs/thongs/G strings etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse return of items where it is apparent that the items have been worn.

The items will need to be returned to us within 14 days from when you receive the goods. You are required to fill out the Returns Form (included in the parcel)and send it to us with the return items, as we cannot process the refund/exchange without it.

When returning the goods to us, please ensure that a traceable method is used in case of loss as we are unable to process returns unless we have received the items.

Refund to your credit card will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt of the return items. Please allow extra 3 days for the transaction to show up on your statement.

If you have requested an exchange of a lower value than the returned items, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order and we will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. The delivery costs paid for on the order will not be refunded. The cost of returning the items is at the customers’ own expense.

If you have requested exchange of a higher value, any difference due will be charged. Please note that we are unable to process exchange of a higher value on orders paid for with a gift certificate, where the costs of items exceed the value of the certificate.

If you have received items as a gift from someone, the items can also be returned or exchanged. The above returns policy conditions apply.

However if you request exchange of items at a higher value, we will need to contact the purchaser to obtain permission for the additional charge of their credit card. Alternatively, the difference can be paid using your own card. Should you wish to do this, you will need to provide clear payment instructions with the return items.

If you request a refund, please note that we can only provide it to the card that was used to purchase these items, as we are unable to provide credit notes.
